EDITING

We edit on AVID XPRESS PRO, software from the company that invented computer editing. We capture in native DV (digital video) through firewire, edit in Avid’s digital codec and output via firewire back to a DV tape, keeping the entire editing path digital, which means no signal degradation. The result: you get a high-quality digital master.

We can add music, graphics, titles and effects to create a professional presentation. We have access to several music liberies for licenced music, so you can play your production before a large audience or broadcast it without copyright issues. We can create customized graphics and titles, or we can incorporate your Photoshop or PowerPoint slides into the presentation. Avid also has an extensive effects library (over one hundred fun transitions) to add life to a production. We can also color correct a product to balance light levels and improve poorly shot material.

Finished products can be output to VHS or DVD complete with authoring, or a streaming video format for your website delivered on CD-ROM.
