You may drop off equipment for repair during normal hours at our Pasadena location. Before dropping off equipment, please call our Repair Technician, who is available weekdays between 6:30 am and 3 pm.

Our Repair Department is an authorized service facility for most of the brands we sell. Warranty repairs are performed on the premises, unless it is deemed more expeditious to return an item to the manufacturer. Normal turn-around for a routine repair is one week to ten days.

We provide “rush” (24 hour) repairs whenever possible. We charge a reasonable fee for “rush” when “by next day” is required. However, we make no additional charge for a repair that may be required sooner than our routine week-to-ten days, but later than a 24 hour “rush” repair.

The equipment we service or repair ranges from film projectors to audio equipment. This includes LCD projectors, overhead projectors, slide projectors, 16mm film projectors, amplifiers, wireless systems, audiotape duplicators, and much of the equipment related to these.
